Power Platform Developer
Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client has a requirement for a Power Platform Developer. This role is flexible with regard to location and hybrid working is also an option. You must be able to attend meetings as required.
This is a temporary position, the initial contract duration is for 12 months with the possibility of extension thereafter.
Based off a 35-hour work week the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €31.08 based off an annualised salary of €56,757, you will also accrue 30 days' annual leave per year along with public holidays.
Overview of the role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Power Platform Developer to join our Power Platform Centre of Excellence within the AI & Automation Centre of Excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience across the full Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI, as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to develop and support solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform suite and Dynamics 365.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of digital workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Assist in building and maintaining user engagement portals with Power Pages, ensuring usability and performance.
- Customize Power Apps and Power Pages using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance user experience.
- Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and platform management activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
- Support testing efforts, including regression and pre-release validation.
- Help train business unit super users and support broader adoption of delivered solutions.
- Stay informed on relevant regulations and industry trends impacting solution delivery.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of team policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead initiatives within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to knowledge sharing.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation as part of the development lifecycle.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in automating business processes and integrating with enterprise systems.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to knowledge sharing.

- Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations)
- Dataverse (Common Data Service)
- Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions
- Microsoft 365 integration (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end customization
- REST APIs and OData for integrations
- ALM tools: Azure DevOps, Git
- Testing tools and frameworks for Power Platform solutions
